1. Licence

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business or personal monitoring purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as expressly permitted;
• create derivative works of the Service;
• use the Service to build a competing product;
• remove or obscure any proprietary notices;
• attempt to circumvent plan limits or feature gates.

3. Ownership

ITIL Sidekick retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated here.

4. Open-Source Components

The Service uses open-source libraries listed in our public source repository. Each is governed by its respective licence. Your use of the Service through our hosted offering does not grant you any rights to those libraries beyond what their licences provide.

5. Updates

We may update the Service at any time. No guarantee is made that any particular feature will continue to exist in future releases.

6. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
